Are you completely sure? How many times have you tried to get rid of your love handles, for example? Would you by any chance have an unused membership to a gym somewhere? How long do you - on average - stay on a diet? Have you ever given up on a diet program?

If you have - you are not alone! The vast majority of people that go on a diet do not manage to keep the lost weight off ..... they might lose a few pounds, but practically always the pounds come back, usually with a vengeance as well.

Afterwards you say to your friends, "the diet’s useless" ... or you "always have problems losing weight" ... you’ve "never managed to lose love handles" ... So you give up, and resign yourself to being overweight.

The answer to the question - “why is it so hard to lose weight” - might be hidden in a completely unexpected corner of your mind.

Let me tell you a story: The worlds most successful woman golfer ever is Annika Sorenstam. Actually, you could even say she is one of the most successful golfers ever, period.

She has won more than 90 International tournaments, including 10 majors, and she has done a golf round on the incredibly low score of 59! If any golfer reads this, you’ll know what I mean.

Amazing!

But, here’s a funny thing. When she started playing professionally she never won. She came second, or third, even though she might have been in the lead most of the time.

But for some reason she would lose the last hole or even the last putt. One evening she was sitting close to a life coach. He overheard her saying something along the line or “well, I came second, but at least I did not have to give the winners speech”.

His mind went “AHA”!

To make a long story short - he took contact with her, and they found out together that deep inside Annika was terrified of speaking in public. When she was on a winning streak her subconscious would suddenly wake up to the fact that she might be No.1, and it would softly point out that “if you win you will have to make a speech”.

That was it.

Now, this was the worlds greatest, most motivated and skilled golfer. And her subconscious tripped her up.

Once she got that "sorted", the rest is history!

What do you think will happen if your subconscious has some hidden objections to you losing weight? It might be - probably is - a really illogical reason, but emotions are almost always stronger than logic!

Think about this for a while. What mental “blocks” might you be carrying around inside your head, like unknown squatters? This is one of the major reasons why diet programs fail.

Why people lose weight and then put it all back again. Why there are hundreds, thousands, of diets around.

They all work for a week or two, then they stop working.

There are obviously physical reasons for this as well, but a large part, sometimes the most important one, is between your ears.

This is the only program on the market which gives you your own life coach. A professional guide to help you uncover and disarm your mental blocks. So you can start to shed pounds, effortlessly, and without really thinking about it. Actually, your whole life will take a turn for the better!
