How To Retain Your Leads On Your List In Three E-Z Steps

One of the biggest concerns that I continually here online network marketers complain about is their disappearing lead lists. They say they seem to spend all their time and effort in having to rebuild their lists due to their leads opting out of that list. Maintaining your lead list should be your number one priority, it is actually easier and more effective to keep your current leads in your system than you might think. If you are continually having to replace leads that opt out of your list then how do you expect that list to grow, and growing your list is what will make you a fortune in online marketing.

Here are three E-Z steps that you can follow that will help you keep your leads from jumping ship. You have to remember that your leads are actually people not just email addresses that opted in to your newsletter or offer or what ever it was that caused them to leave their contact information in your opt in box.

ENGAGE- Take action, you have to give these people (leads) your undivided attention. Give them something on a regular basis that is not related to buying something from you. One of the fastest ways to get someone to opt out of your list is to continually solicit business from them without offering anything of value to them in exchange for their loyalty. Contact them often and when you do give them something free. Remember your list is comprised of human beings who have feelings and emotions same as you.

ENHANCE- Knowledge is a great way to enhance someones self worth and leave them with a sense of value for having received that knowledge. When we acquire knowledge I believe it is our duty to share that knowledge with others. One of the best ways for you to become more knowledgeable is to learn and teach or pass your knowledge along to others. Sharing your knowledge will prepare and enable you to acquire more knowledge. You cannot continue to increase your knowledge without first making use of and sharing that which you already have. The more you share what you have learned the longer that knowledge will stay with you. Teaching and learning are related in that the more you teach the more you will learn and the more you learn the more you will be able to teach. This alone will portrait you as a leader in the areas that you teach.

ENCHANT-Feelings, people will want to follow you and view you as a leader based on the feelings that you instill in them. If you want to create a huge following then create the right kinds of feelings. Acknowledge them, give them some attention and leave them something of value every time you interact with them. Brilliantly preforming the first two steps in the three E-Z steps will be sufficient to instill the right kinds of feelings at the beginning. However you will need to constantly and continually inspire them, give to them unconditionally and as they grow you will also grow.

I am sure that you know that your lead list is the life line of your network marketing business, especially if you are building your business online. In any internet marketing scenario, the key to making money is having a huge list to market to. Not everyone will be interested in the same offer or offers that you send out. You must have a diverse list of prospects to market to if you want to set up multiple streams of income, but that is another story. The Important thing is that you understand and practice the three E-Z steps to maintaining your prospect list. They are simple steps, they're quick and they work.
