In today's world, it is very much of a necessity to equip one's self with one or other form of martial arts. Learning martial arts like karate, judo or jiu jitsu not only serves as a protection against attackers but also improves health. Learning martial arts involves training which serves as exercise to the body and mind. Martial arts keep the body fit and alert.
