It is reported widely that obesity is a time bomb that is waiting to explode into a major concern for our health.

Daily reports on the TV, internet and newspapers tell us that many citizens of the US including children are becoming more obese by the day and are therefore increasing their chances of developing major adverse health conditions.

The medical experts tell us that the number of people developing type 2 diabetes and heart disease is increasing at an alarming rate. Some of the causes for this explosion of unhealthiness is the ever increasing tendency to consume more junk fast food like hamburgers and fried chicken and laziness which leads to a more sedentary lifestyle. It seems that we would rather be slobbing out on the sofa watching TV, drinking alcohol and eating a pizza than running around a track.

Toxicologists report that the build up of toxins in our bodies is contributing to the increase in overweight people. Toxins, also known as poisons, are also being linked to cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) also known as myalgic encephalomyelitis or ME which leads to lowered energy levels and more regular symptoms such as decreased sexual drive.

How do these toxins enter our bodies? Ingestion of petrochemicals such as pesticides is common and this happens as a result of crop spraying with residues of the chemicals being transferred into our bodies when digesting the food. That is why many people are eating more organic foods that only use natural pesticides.

High ph (acidic) foods that are put aside in metal containers can lead to toxins being transferred to the food from the metal. The foods literally eat into the metal and then the residue is absorbed back into the food.

Water pollution may be prevalent in areas that are close by to heavily farmed agriculture land. Underground wells that do not have their water treated are especially of concern as the pesticides begin leaching into the water and then are able to transfer into our bodies by drinking that water.

The way to to detox yourself healthily and naturally is to start buying organic food, the trouble with that is that it is much more expensive. Drinking filtered water is also a good method. This can be achieved by either buying a water filter jug and filtering by hand or you can attach a filter to the water supply coming into your home.

Switching our drink of choice from alcohol to a herbal detox tea will certainly help our bodies to flush out those terrifying toxins.

You can also switch your diet to include more organic greens, ensure you buy organic meat and as an added precaution avoid eating the skin.

You can also drink a natural organic product that will help detox your system
