Our dreams tend to be what the deepest part of our mind want to say, but we're too afraid to acknowledge. Often, they're repressed memories, fears, failures, hopes, and at times, they can be messages of what you need to know in times of trouble - or even of the future that has yet to come. To find out what your dream means, you can use online dream interpretations and you'll be able to know exactly what it is that your dreams are telling you.
Most of the time, you'll find that your dreams are helping you come to terms with whatever fears you're trying to hide from yourself, or help you come up with answers to questions that are mind boggling while you are awake. While both of those are absolutely amazing, they're not all that dreams are capable of doing! Besides the obvious helping you to build your memories and to help your brain recover from the stress of the day before, your dreams can also help to tell a lot about your personality.
However, because of this, a lot of people are often scared about what they are dreaming - they're afraid that what they're dreaming about might be saying that there's something wrong or bad with them. This is often due to ones own fears, as well as the fact that dreams aren't always about the obvious. I personally have had dreams where I've lived entire lives, with a family and job, only to wake up and findthat it was all just a dream.
That's just one example of how a dream could be trying to tell you something. I later found out that my girlfriend was pregnant, and I was about to be getting a promotion!
While I won't say that dreams can tell you absolutely everything that you're wanting to know, I can tell you that they've played a very important role in my life. Being someone who's very spiritual to begin with, I almost always write down what my dreams are whenever I wake up. Not only do I write them down, but when I have some free time during the day, I go over my dreams and try to reflect on them - trying to find meaning in them.
Often, I rely on the use of online dream interpretations to find out what my dreams mean. Though many people don't think that they are trustworthy enough to rely on, I find that websites offering online dream interpretations to be extremely precise and the meanings that they offer tend to really hit home very well. I always find that I either learn something, notice something, or realize something after looking up the information online about what my dream could possibly mean.
With that said, I would highly recommend you find a website dedicated to online dream interpretations and find out for yourself what you can find out about yourself and your dreams. You might find out a lot more than you originally thought you would be finding out - be that a good or bad thing.
