Secret Santa gifts are very nice because they usually are given in places where everyone is familiar with everyone else. So, when names are drawn to give Secret Santa gifts, the office or school or club can easily start to give gifts People usually have nicknames for their friends and co-workers. Those same nicknames tend to prevail throughout the workday and into social interaction.
