The lie kept me locked-up for years.

A prisoner.

Held me back.

Forced me to uselessly sweat my brains out. A lot of work for piddly results if you ask me.

Brutal truth is...

Hope, misdirected, is nothing but blind stupidity.

The lie?

Goes something like this... If I "work" my stomach my horrid excess fat will disappear.

The "muffin top" will vanish. The "love handles"... quickly evaporate.

That's "hope, misdirected."

I'm sharing from my own personal experience. NOT just what happened to me... but the struggles I've seen others go through as well.

And the past ten years fully support my claim.

Exercise is NOT the answer.

You can do abdominal exercise and other various forms of the "normal" flat-tummy routine... for months (even years)... and NEVER lose any of the fat. Never!

Which is why I often wonder... WHY?

Why do people still cling to the lie. Why NOT look for a better way? A faster way? An easier way to lose their rolls of stomach fat?

It's a Weird thing... but crunches, situps and other abdominal exercises are still the #1 way most people try to lose it.

They believe the lie.

Operating under this lie I would keep doing thousands of crunches and other abdominal exercises. The results were NEVER different. There were none! I never lost an ounce of fat from my stomach. Never shaved the lard from my love handles.

Sucked to say the least.

I mean, it seems to be logical that if I "worked" my abs I would get the flat, tone, sexy stomach I wanted. The one I saw in the magazines.

I've come to realize... what's "logical" and what "works", can be two very different things.

Would you like me to share what works?

What I've found to be among the greatest fat loss secrets ever!

I'm telling you up-front... I don't claim it's the "truth". Just what "works".

Should you choose to believe me you can be greatly rewarded. Should you choose not to believe me... it could be well worth your time to change your mind.

It's found in your diet.

That's where the secret to quickly getting rid of it resides. Losing the stomach fat for good.

It seems like it would take so long. That rearranging your diet is the "long road" to getting rid of your excess stomach fat.

Once again... what's "logical" and what "works" are often very different.

Here's the eye-opener...

I've found abdominal exercise and diet are on two ends of the fat loss spectrum. Your diet is on the powerful end. The right end with "what works" plastered in green flashing letters!

It's your diet. Focus on your diet and I believe you will see the results you desire.

Quickly.

Within a week or so. Maybe less!

What does it all mean?

How do you "focus on your diet"?

One sentence... you learn WHAT to eat and WHEN to eat it.

Your body is made of the food you eat. It's a FACT. It's the reason why food has the power to make you thin or fat. Learning WHAT to eat and WHEN to eat it allows you to harness that power.

To use it to force pounds of fat from your body... FAST.

In light of that... here's two of the most powerful diet secrets I've come to realize. Use them and watch what happens.

Diet Secret #1 - Eliminate the refined sugar.

The "white stuff" you use to sweeten your coffee. The stuff found in soda, sports drinks, fruit juices, candy, white bread and other heavily processed food.

Studies prove it's potent fat producing poison!

This takes strict discipline. It's all worth it.

I've found the results can be overwhelming!

Diet Secret #2 - Eliminate the dense "starchy carbs" right before bed.

Bread, pasta and the like are "starchy".

These are high energy foods that easily get stored as stomach fat while you sleep. It's the reason why you want to avoid snacking on them right before you go to bed.

Once again... strict discipline. Consistency. Those are the keys to making these secrets work.

Ten years of personal experience have revealed it to me.

The choice is yours.

The continued sweat of abdominal exercise... or two secrets that can work fat loss miracles. You choose.
