What is the the best diet for fast weight loss?

What foods, if you began consuming them today, would have you losing weight safe, simple and easy?

Chances are it's a far cry from what you've been eating.

A very common problem among people trying to lose weight is that they simply "watch" what they eat. They basically restrict their food consumption without changing their actual diet.

A wise man once said... "it's foolish to keep doing the same things and expect different results."

I mean, it's just plain common sense that if you continue to eat the same foods you're NOT going to lose the weight you want.

These are the foods that have made you fat in the first place!

And if I had to venture a guess... I'd say that your diet consists largely of "boxed and packaged" items. Quick items that you can whip up in a hurry. Items that fit perfectly into your hectic schedule.

Sorry to say... but if your idea of a "healthy" weight Loss meal consists of a lean cuisine and a diet coke, you're just going to keep packing on the pounds of flab.

Bottom line: If you want your weight to change, your diet needs to change.

You need to stop settling for all the boxed and processed junk lining your super-market shelves. These items grab your attention with their comforting "low fat", "zero trans fat", "low carb" claims. I promise you that they are nothing but fat producing junk.

So do what you do with all your junk... throw it in the trash.

If you really want to lose weight fast, then you need to begin TODAY to adopt a diet that consists of foods in their most natural forms. Such is the best diet for fast weight loss.

This means, if you typically eat canned fruit... begin eating the whole apple, the whole banana, the whole pear etc.

Canned fruit and it's other canned counterparts are loaded with excess sugar. They will make you fat!

If you eat chicken make darn sure it hasn't been injected with hormones, antibiotics or any other "growth" enhancers. These chemicals are poison to your body. They destroy your natural hormonal balance and WILL line your midsection with layers of flab.

If you're a sucker for the "drive-through", or you've bought into the lie that eating subs from certain fast food joints will have you dropping 100lbs of pure lard in just a month... you need to come down to planet earth.

Practically ALL fast food and other related items will make you fat. There are very few exceptions. So you need to make a choice... do I want to keep sacrificing my body to the junk, or do I really want to lose the weight?

Bottom line here is to consume food in it's most natural state. It's the best diet for fast weight loss.

Any food containing "man made" additives and preservatives (foreign junk) is NOT optimal for weight loss... NO MATTER WHAT THE "EXPERTS" MAY SAY!

If you're grocery store doesn't provide such "organic" items... find one that does.

If you can't replace your entire diet with such items... replace as much as you can.

Is it easy?

Probably not for most people. They've become so entrenched in horrible eating patterns that changing seems almost impossible.

I'm here to tell you that it's no excuse.

Either you do what it takes to lose the weight no matter how difficult it may seem, or you don't lose the weight. And what it takes is a complete shift in the way you view your diet.

The best diet for fast weight loss is one that is void of additives, preservatives and other man-made chemicals.

Such a diet was the #1 key factor that allowed me to lose 30lbs in just 30 days.
