What are the best fat loss supplements?
Common sense would tell us they MUST...
1. Produce exceptional results.
2. Be completely safe to use.
As a results, most can be immediately eliminated from the list!
Bottom line... the vast majority of supplements don't work. They will eliminate the cash in your pocket, but not the fat on your belly.
And of the small fraction that do work... your health often pays the price.
Case in point: Many fat burners have hit the market with loads of praise for the results they produce, only to be banned shortly after do to devastatingly negative effects. (Ephedra may ring a bell).
Unfortunately, at this very moment many of you are out searching for the best fat loss supplements... armed with BAD information.
You are operating "blind".
The cure?
Correct information.
We'll begin with a radical "mental shift" in the way you view supplements.
Most people think of supplements as nothing more than a "container and label". They never get past the surface. That's were the case is won.
Beneath the surface that supplement (shake, pill or anything else) is just food. Nothing but vitamins, minerals and other nutrients combined together. That's it.
And as with any food... there are good ones and bad ones.
It's from here that we begin to see the "bigger" picture.
Imagine for a moment the last apply you ate.
It consisted of OPTIMAL nutrients in OPTIMAL ratios. In other words... the ingredients (nutrients) of that apple came together in just the right amounts for optimal absorption by your body. It's the reason for its unsurpassed health benefits and weight loss properties.
Taking this lesson from nature...
It would only make sense that the best fat loss supplements will have OPTIMAL ingredients (nutrients) in OPTIMAL ratios so they can be OPTIMALLY absorbed.
Absorption is the KEY to results.
Your body is a "snob" for quality. It demands the highest quality nutrients in precise amounts or it won't absorb.
How do you tell if a supplement has high quality ingredients?
It can be confusing because the vast majority of supplements have multitudes of ingredients with very complex names.
The best way I've found is to look at the company that produced it. Look for a "health conscious" company that specializes in 100% natural products.
In other words, products that contain...
- No additives
- No preservatives
- And No artificial sweeteners
These products tend to be more expensive, but it's likely that they contain higher quality ingredients.
Once you locate a product that has high quality ingredients you must then make sure it contains those ingredients in the optimal ratios. Remember, this is highly important for one simple reason... The better the ratios, the better the absorption.
Prime example...
In order for calcium to be absorbed into your body it must be in the presence of the correct amount of magnesium. The closer you get to the optimal calcium/magnesium ratio, the higher the absorption rate.
The key to finding this is a two letter phrase called "Nature Identical".
Nature identical simply means that the vitamins and minerals are combined in the supplement in the same ratios found in nature. And this alone will greatly narrow the list of your possible choices.
Bottom line: The R&D involved in producing "Natural Identical" products costs the company big bucks. Many aren't willing to pay.
As a result, there aren't very many companies that produce nature identical supplements.
Good news is, when you find one, chances are the products are of a high quality and can be readily absorbed by the body.
And absorption is the key of the best fat loss supplements.
