Taking a diet supplement?
Here's the shocker...
It is most likely making you fat!
In this article I will share with you two reasons why.
This is NOT some silly little "fluff". This information is based on years of personal experience. In short... if you're struggling to lose weight, the following has been PROVEN to change it.
So make sure you don't miss a single word of this article.
Here are the top two reasons why your diet supplement is making you fat...
-- Reason #1. Your supplement is loaded with artificial sweeteners.
Most companies don't have your health as their number one goal.
They know that if a product doesn't taste good you aren't buying.
To make it taste good they load it down with artificial sweeteners and other poisonous junk. This stuff is both cheap and will get you "hooked".
Which of course, will fulfill their number one goal... PROFIT!
Artificial sweeteners WILL make you fat... period!
This is why most products actually add more flab to your body than what they take away!
So how do you avoid this.
Easy.
You simply make it a point to purchase a diet supplement that has NOT been artificially sweetened.
-- Reason # 2. No Supplement "runs the show".
Diet.
It is and always will be the greatest single key to losing lots of weight. So any product that takes the place of a solid diet... will set you up for failure.
Bottom line...
Most people use supplements to avoid discipline.
They are too lazy to make the consistent wise food choices required to lose any significant weight.
Instead, the morons believe that by taking supplements they some how "opt-out" of having to eat the right foods.
Remember the following...
You can't live on a diet supplement alone!
If you find yourself replacing three or more meals per day with a "special" shake you are probably getting fatter!
A diet supplement must be designed to "aid" weight loss without replacing a healthy diet.
Once again...
Many "supplementies" come to me and tell me that they seem to be getting fatter.
These two things that I have just shared with you are usually at the heart of their problem.
The amazing things is...
They are so easy to fix... yet the quick change in results can be dramatic.
My advice to you is simple: If you are taking supplements and getting fatter, then these are probably the reasons why. Just focus your attention on fixing them.
Chances are, you will notice an immediate change.
