Do you need exercise to lose weight?

No.

For one simple fact... Many have lost weight without it.

What did they know?

Just the greatest weight loss secret on the planet.

Come to think of it, you probably know what it is. You just don't understand the power it has. Kind of like holding a gun without knowing what a gun is!

You view it as a basic... boring... weight loss hassle. Nothing else.

So in this article I'm going to knock you over the head with the cold hard facts about this TITAN of a weight loss secret.

Your diet.

That's what it is.

What you eat on a regular basis. This is the key to being able to lose weight quickly without exercise.

Why?

Because what you eat has the power to make you fat or thin.

Just think about it...

Your body is made up of the food you eat. It is pure stupidity to think that changing it wouldn't have a HUGE impact on your health and your weight!

The problem that most people have is they don't see it that way. They simply don't believe the food they eat is capable of producing fast results.

Here's the shocker...

... Not only will changing your diet cause you to lose weight faster than exercise... it will cause you to lose weight exponentially faster!

The reason you have not experienced this is because you don't know how.

Funny thing is... you probably even believe you eat fairly healthy.

My only question is... according to whom?

According to what your doctor says?

Would it surprise you to know that your doctor could be one of the most unhealthy people you know. May even be very overweight.

Doctors and other medical professionals are trained in medicine. NOT diet.

There is a huge difference!

Chances are if you listen to what the medical community keeps stuffing down your throat... you're gonna be fat and unhealthy for the rest of your life.

If you want to be thin and vibrantly healthy... take lessons from those who are thin and vibrantly healthy.

You will find they don't eat what you eat.

For the most part, what you eat is completely foreign to them. They wouldn't dream of putting it in their bodies.

For example... I know many people that are among the healthiest I've ever seen that wouldn't think of eating the chicken you purchase at the store. Not the beef... Not the bread... come to think of it... not any of it.

These people understand the TRUE secret of dieting.

The secret of consuming food in its most natural form.

Food that has not been grown with pesticides or growth hormones. Food that has not been processed with preservatives and additives.

This is the secret to getting the leanest, healthiest body you can imagine... without sweating your brains out.

Bottom line here is... you are what you eat. If you eat junk, you will get junk.

If you eat health... you will get health.

And if you take this to heart... I've found that the weight will come of without the sweat.
