I'm going to share a secret that will allow you to eat fatty foods without getting fat.

The secret is PROVEN.

Study after study confirms that it works.

Other benefits include helping you eliminate excess stomach fat. Improve your energy. Better skin and hair. And an overall increase in your level of health.

But these are just a few benefits. There are many others.

However there is one catch...

You must use some common sense.

Here's what I mean...

If you simply run out and stuff your face with fatty foods... even after you learn this secret... then you will probably get fat! It is only common sense.

But if you exercise discipline, then consuming fat calories will be a tremendous benefit.

What you must understand is that not all fat is the same. There are healthy fats and unhealthy fats.

And that is the secret.

You must learn how to choose healthy fat foods.

Do not miss this point, it is so powerful.

In other words, if you know exactly what type of fats are beneficial... then you can implement them into your daily diet without every gaining a single pound.

It is actually very easy. There are many options.

But the main point is that any food you consume should be eaten in its most natural form.

So this means that if you use fat to cook, using extra virgin coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil is infinitely superior to any refined vegetable oil.

And you can make these substitution in almost every aspect of your diet.

For example, use organic butter instead of margarine or some other processed alternative.

I realize this seems a bit strange at first. Like it is almost contrary to what all the experts will tell you.

But one of the biggest diet mistakes I see people making is that they try to eliminate fatty foods.

They purposely buy ZERO fat or low fat foods thinking it will help them lose weight.

Doing this is a sure fire way to send your body into "survival" mode. This means that your metabolism tends to slow down and you actually store more fat. And it happens because your body needs fat.

The bottom line here is that I have found that you need fat in your diet. It is healthy. And it greatly enhances your weight loss.

So the secret here is to eat fatty foods in their most natural form.

Eating such food...

- Increases the efficiency of your metabolism.

- It's high energy food so you don't get tired during the day.

- And such foods are also filling. This means you will not feel like you are constantly hungry.
