Need to shed some weight super fast?

There are five healthy weight loss foods I've found to be wickedly effective.

In this article I will share them with you and exactly why they work so good.

Before I do please note...

This is NOT some silly little random list. These five fat burning foods are PROVEN pound shredders. Elite foods that have been found to greatly enhance the rate you lose weight!

Bottom line...

Consume just a few of them each day and odds are you will quickly feel the results.

But if you have the guts to consume all five of them each day... I'd wager a bet that you'd be smilin in front of the mirror in just 7 days!

1. Whey Protein.

Study after study confirms that protein is potent fat burning fuel.

Primary reason is because it greatly aids muscle development. And muscle burns fat!

The amazing thing about whey is that it has been found to be among the fastest absorbing proteins on the planet.

This means that if you drink a whey protein shake immediately after your workout... it will be absorbed by your body within a matter of just a few minutes.

2. Spicy food.

I realize this is a bit general, so allow me to give you a few examples: jalapeno peppers, habanero peppers and the like.

These fat burning foods raise your metabolism. They make it burn HOTTER! And when your metabolism burns hotter it tends to burn far more fat.

I try to consume at least one very spicy meal per day.

So far the results have been out of this world!

3. Lean beef.

Hey, this article is NOT written to please your doctor.

Truth is, when it comes to burning fat, few things can compete with lean red meat.

When consumed... it forces your metabolism to work over-time in order to digest. This of course greatly enhances the amount of fat you burn.

Secondly, red meat is loaded with protein... which as we discussed, is potent fat burning fuel.

Now I do not recommend consuming red meat in abundance for obvious health reasons.

But I do consume lean red meat at least once per day and my body is virtually void of all stomach fat!

4. Spinach.

Now there could certainly be other green leafy vegetables included here.

But I've found spinach to work wonders for your midsection.

It is loaded with calcium and hoards of other nutrients that super-charge your body so it can quickly eliminate fat.

5. Apples.

Back when I was 30lbs over weight I began my quest for the best healthy weight loss foods.

If there is any one thing that I would NOT give up... it would be my habit of eating one apply as soon as I wake up each morning.

Apples are loaded with a beautiful compliment of nutrients and are a PROVEN fat burning weapon.

So that was the list of the top 5 healthy weight loss foods.
