You know.
Sometimes I have no idea what to write about weight loss.
I mean, there is only so much you can say and so many different ways to say it.
Sometimes I really just feel that it falls on deaf ears. Unfortunately so many of my readers keep looking for some "secret" or the latest and greatest diet.
Those people will continue to struggle.
So obviously, you found this site somehow. Google. Referred. Pure dumb luck. I really don't know and it just doesn't matter.
I know you have a pressing need.
I know this, because every single one of my readers has the same need. You need to lose weight. You want it fast. You want it to be easy and you don't want to hurt your health doing it.
Now, you may have a particular "area" of your body that you are most unsatisfied with, but it's definitely NOT unique.
There are only basically a few main spots people want to lose weight...
If you are a female its...
-- Hips
-- Thighs
-- Back of legs
-- Followed by lower butt area.
And the tummy region and back of arms can be tossed in there somewhere.
If you're a guy...
It's the stomach... period!
Well, I guess you can throw the "chest" area in there for some guys. But only a relatively small amount.
Now.
This will probably knock you off your chair. I'm going to GUARANTEE something here.
Here's my guarantee...
It makes ZERO difference whether you are a man or women... black, white, brown, orange or Grey. It makes ZERO difference where you want to lose the weight the most (hips, thighs, stomach). Doesn't matter.
The way you lose it is all the same.
Most of what you've heard about different diets for different body types is junk. Some of it is true. But mostly it does nothing but confuse.
The way you lose weight, whether male or female, is the same. The way you lose hip fat and excess stomach fat... any fat... is the same.
You don't need. No, no... you definitely don't want to diet.
- You don't want to count calories
- You don't want to cut carbs
- You don't want to skip meals, go hungry or limit food intake
- And you don't need to sweat your ass off at some gym.
What you absolutely MUST do if you want to lose weight as fast, easy and safe as possible, is learn exactly "HOW" to apply the most basic principles. Period!
You will, in no way, have any lasting weight loss satisfaction until you become a master of the "HOW".
Unhappy people are constantly searching for the "secret". Those who have the most amazing bodies are "masters" of the basics. They know "HOW" to eat. They know "WHAT" to eat. They know "WHEN" to eat it. And they know "HOW" to exercise.
That's it.
If you master those key principles... you will NEVER struggle with your weight again. A bold statement yes. But it is 100% TRUE!
