Losing weight is hard.

So why make the effort if it isn't going to last?

And thats the shocking thing... most people are out there searching for the latest and greatest diet, but who do you know who has experienced lasting weight loss from dieting?

I don't know anybody that has.

There is only one way I've ever found to lose weight and NEVER gain a single pound back.

Get this...

Dieting. Skipping meals. Cutting carbs and fat. Sure, they can all cause you to lose weight. But you're virtually guaranteed to gain it all right back.

But not with this method.

It can be summed-up in the following sentence...

Weight loss is a lifestyle, NOT an event.

Here's what I mean...

Most people think they can "watch what they eat" for a while. Lose the weight. And then revert back to their old habits. That's nothing but pure stupidity. Of course you will not get lasting weight loss doing that!

Once again... it's a lifestyle.

And that is why learning how to eat "sustainable" is by far the most important thing.

For example, cutting carbs is not sustainable. Your body absolutely needs carbohydrates to function. So while you can lose weight at first, eventually you will have to eat carbs again or cause serious harm to your body.

And when you begin eating them again your body tends to "blow-up" like a balloon.

It's not sustainable.

The only thing that is sustainable is to learn how to eat wisely.

Bottom line...

If you don't know how to eat each and every day in a way that keeps you lean and healthy, then you can't experience any true weight freedom.

The most important aspect of eating in such a way is to learn correct food combinations. This simply means that you must learn how to combine proteins and carbohydrates for each meal. For five or six meals a day.

Now that is certainly beyond the scope of this article, but if I had to give you one tip to point you in the right direction it would be to study.

Sounds boring.

But you must study how to eat.

Their are entire societies of people who NEVER get fat. It would be well worth your time to study how they eat. Learn what kinds of foods dominate their diets. The times they eat them. How they eat them.

Basically you want to study their lifestyles.

For anyone who wants lasting weight loss, it's the only way.

When you learn this stuff it really gets exciting. You know longer have to live under the constant hassle of yo-yo dieting.

The amazing thing is, when you know how to eat it sets you free to make your own food choices. Choices that keep you lean and healthy for life. That guarantee lasting weight loss.
