Need to lose 5 pounds in 3 days or less?

If you answered yes, then you've stumbled upon the one article that can guarantee your success.

Here's why. In this article I'm going to give you the "brass-tacks".

No fluff. No theory.

What you're about to read has worked for many people in the past and it can work for you too.

Should you choose to scrape your butt off the couch and do exactly what I say... then the 5 pounds is virtually guaranteed to vanish in 3 days.

I've seen it. Done it myself.

But before we get started... I must warn you that this works like gangbusters.

As a result, please consult your personal health care provider before you follow this information to make sure that losing weight this fast is safe for you.

Ok. So provided that you've talked to your doctor... here's what you do.

To lose 5 pounds in 3 days is best accomplished through exercise. Not just any exercise though. Intense exercise.

The reason is simple...

If you try to starve the weight off then you won't lose much fat. You'll just end up losing water weight and destroying some muscle. That's why yo-yo dieters don't look healthy.

Your goal must be to lose five pounds of pure fat.

Therefor, you must turn to intense exercise.

Intense exercise burns fat. It's proven. It's also capable of burning fat at rates far superior to anything else. And by intense I don't mean simply walking around the block. Or even worse... jumping on the treadmill for a half hour. That ain't gonna do it!

What you want to do is a combo of anaerobic and aerobic exercise.

This simply means muscle development and cardio.

And there's a very specific order you need to do it in to get the fastest possible results. (I'll get to that in a minute.)

First, you need to exercise for at least one hour and ten minutes at a good, steady pace.

Second, you need to work your entire body. This burns way more calories than just targeting a single body part.

So the best way to do this is to go to the gym (most will give you a free couple day pass if you are not a member) and begin your routine with weight lifting or some other form of resistance training.

Remember... you want to work your whole body so do a combination of exercises. It's the best way I've found to lose 5 pounds in 3 days. An example would be squats, bench press, pull-downs, bicep curls, tricep extensions and then do some form of ab exercise like crunches.

Weight lifting like this for the first 40 minutes at a solid pace will burn off loads of calories.

So once you're finished with your strength training, then move on to cardio.

An example of this would be to get on the stairmaster and really work up a great sweat. You need to challenge yourself here. So you should be sweating like crazy. Do your cardio for about 30 minutes.

One last thing. I almost forgot. You want to perform this complete exercise routine in the morning. On a light stomach. You will burn way more fat if you do this in the morning before you eat much.

So that's it.

It's the best way I've found to lose 5 pounds in 3 days.

There are probably other ways to do it. But this is the easiest way I've found. You'll just need to put effort into it.
