Simplicity.

That's what creates miracle results.

So let's say you need to lose 5 to 10 pounds in a week.

Well the problem that most people have is knowing the exact few things they should be focusing on. They tend to try and do too much.

And I can tell you from experience there are only two to three things you should be doing. That's it. They are easy. And the results come fast.

You see, it's really about the 80/20 rule.

The vast majority of your results. The one's that show up in the mirror. Will come from a very small percentage of what you actually do.

If more people would take that to heart than there would be a lot less confusion.

So the obvious question would be...

What are those two to three things that I should be focusing on to lose weight really fast.

Well, from what I've seen it all comes down to the same old "diet and exercise" advice. And from that, there are basically three secrets.

So regarding your diet you want to start consuming starchy carbs the right way. Basically split your day up into six meals and only consume starchy carbs... things like pasta, bread and potatoes during the first three meals. These tend to be the A.M. to early afternoon hours.

Secondly... you want to become a real "stickler" when it comes to refined sugar.

This means strictly limit things like soda, the sugar you put in your coffee and all sweats. For those who have a sweet tooth this will obviously take more discipline. But it's guaranteed to help you lose 5 to 10 pounds in a week.

Ok, so that covers your diet.

The third thing will deal with exercise.

The real key here is to stop trying to do so much.

What you want to do is just pick one thing. Who cares if it is the "best" exercise. You're not trying to win an award here. All that matters is that you enjoy it and you can work up a sweat doing it.

So once you have your one exercise there is something very important.

What you want to do is perform that exercise for about thirty minutes as soon as you wake up in the MORNING. BEFORE you eat anything. This will force your body to burn "on-hand" fat deposits. Mainly the ones around your stomach.

Make sure you work up a good sweat.

The real secret is intensity. So don't kill yourself. Just work up a good sweat. Alright.

If you want to lose weight really fast. Like lose 5 to 10 pounds in a week. Those three things work like gangbusters. And they are so simple that anyone can do them!
