You looked in the mirror this morning and there it was.

By the handfuls.

That flabby, giggling, huge heap of ab fat caked to your body.

Specifically, just below that strange little feature lovingly referred to as your "belly button".

How'd it get there?

Who gives two cents. What's the best way to lose abdominal fat? Now that's the real question.

So let's take a little "run down" of what you've tried...

-- Situps (Thousands of em)

-- Crunches (Too many to count)

-- Starving yourself (Funny thing, but you've found it's just not sustainable)

-- Dieting (Basically cutting out all your favorite foods)

And who knows what else.

Point is... you tried it and it didn't work. Which is why you've come to the point of just trying to cover that nasty ab fat up.

Probably even thought about buying one of those things you saw on the home shopping network... you know, the "super-duper, suffocatingly tight spandex thingies" designed to squish your stomach fat through your back?

Problem is you can hide it all you want, but it's still there.

And if you ever hope to get a body your truly confident with, you're going to have to lose abdominal fat.

No way around it.

So allow me to throw in my two cents. At least then you'll have one more annoying "expert" shoving information in your face.

Only one difference... Just so happens that my advice is backed by years of PROVEN experience.

AKA: RESULTS.

The best way to lose abdominal fat has nothing to do with exercise. I promise you that.

And it has nothing to do with useless, burdensome dieting or the like.

It has everything to do with one, specific thing you keep shoveling into your mouth. A key fat producing substance that is standing smack-dab in the way of your finally losing every last smidgen of ab fat.

You find it in practically all the food you eat. Especially if it's been pre-packaged or served to you at a restaurant.

-- Cereals

-- Soft drinks

-- Fruit juices

-- Sauces and salad dressings

-- Bread, pasta and other "starchy carbs"

And you probably even put it in your three cups of coffee every morning.

The one thing is sugar.

Not the natural stuff found in fruit. The man made, artificial trash... such as in the little packets at the restaurant. (Generally white in color).

In it's various forms, it's everywhere.

This refined sweetener is like a laser guided missile that's been programmed with specific coordinates... "just do south of your belly button". And every time you consume it you can rest assured, it's headed straight there.

It's the number one ingredient of choice contained in all processed foods.

Manufacturers place it there to get you "hooked". (Often referred to as high fructose corn syrup on food labels, but there are many other deceptive names.)

The good news is, if you get rid of it then you can lose abdominal fat very quickly.

But I'm NOT going to candy coat this one for you. It requires strict discipline. Meaning that you must keep an eye on what you're shoveling into your mouth.

My advice, be wary of any food that has a food label. These include boxed and packaged items that have multiple ingredients.

While meant to inform you, a food label is generally nothing more that a huge WARNING sign that the item contains refined sugar and other stomach fat producing, health destroying ingredients.

And it's near impossible to tell if a food contains the stuff.

Manufacturers have become very slick in the way they disguise food labels. Often using strange "scientific" name variations, when the ingredient is nothing more than refined sugar.

My view point is that if it needs a food label it most likely is NOT going to help keep my body void of ab fat.

It's a rather simplistic rule, I realize.

And yes, of course there will be some "holier than though" professionals who will find faults with this rule.

But what they can't deny are results.

Bottom line...

I've pretty much eradicated ALL items that contain refined sugar from my diet... choosing to consume food in it's most natural form.

I can tell you from experience, that eliminating the refined sugar was among the top things that I did to completely lose abdominal fat.

It's also what I recommend to all my clients.

So while the "know-it-alls" are busy teaching their naive followers to read food labels... we are busy enjoying mind-blowing fat loss and the body transforming results which speak louder than any words ever could.
