If you need to lose about 20 pounds, then don't even think about going on a diet until you read every word of this article.
Here's why. I'm going to show you a much faster way to lose fat on every area of your body.
If you listen to what I say, pounds and inches will fall from your waistline quickly. Your clothes will fit better. And your health and energy will dramatically increase.
The secret that I speak of has to do with a major "mental shift" in the way you view food.
But don't worry, it's safe, simple and easy. Anyone can do it to lose about 20 pounds or any other amount.
And it has one overwhelming advantage... the weight will stay off!
But, before I share with you this "mental-shift", allow me to first ask you a quick question...
Did you know that 9 out of 10 dieters never lose any significant weight?
Truth is, nearly 100% of ALL people who skip meals, limit food choices and go hungry end up fatter within about two months of beginning.
The right way to lose weight is the exact opposite of the word diet. You don't need to skip meals. Eat nasty foods. Or count calories. You need to get that "dieting" stuff out of your head. Diets are unsustainable and terrible for your body.
The real secret is to shift the way you view food.
Most people who need to lose about 20 pounds have this idea of "limitation".
They think in terms of what they can and can't eat... and then how much of that stuff they can eat.
What I've found is that to most people, dieting means simply "to restrict food consumption".
This is seriously flawed thinking guaranteed to keep you obese.
The right way to view food is in terms of of two categories...
1. Types
2. Combinations
Here's what I mean.
There are two types of food, processed and unprocessed.
You want to eat food that is unprocessed. Food that is found and grown in its natural form. No additives. No preservatives. No growth hormones. Nothing man made at all.
The reason is that your body is nothing but a concoction of chemical reactions.
There are good and bad.
Anytime you consume a highly process food that contains all these man-made chemicals, you are guaranteed to cause a slew of nasty chemical reactions in your body. Damaged hormones, depleted metabolism and abnormal body fat are the proven results.
Don't ever "limit" food! As long as you consume your food in it's most natural state, there is no reason too.
Now this does not mean you should go out and consume "all-natural" chocolate cake for each meal. That's just stupid!
You need to use common sense here.
The point is, you need to stop buying all the packaged and processed meats, vegetables, cereals and other junk at your grocery store... and start investing in an organic, whole foods diet.
As for combinations...
It's all about proteins, fats and carbs.
Low carb diets are an absolute joke. Come closer and listen... NEVER ELIMINATE CARBS FROM YOUR DIET... PERIOD!
The key is to eat a protein food, fat food and carb food for each meal.
So let's say you're already eating six small meals per day (as you should be). It's ok to eat pasta for one of those meals as long as there is chicken or lean beef (a protein) and olive oil (a fat) mixed in.
Combining food in this way optimizes absorption rate.
Basically, it ensures that you store a minimum of fat. Works like absolute gangbusters.
Ok. So there you have it.
Your major mental shift is to stop thinking "limitation" and start thinking...
1. Types
2. Combinations
That's it.
If you need to lose about 20 pounds or any other amount... this will work far better than dieting.
