If you're struggling to lose the last 10 lbs, then this will be the most important article you'll ever read.

Here's why. I'm going to share with you a very specific three step plan guaranteed to remove your final bit of weight.

If you're anything like me...

Once the weight started coming off it all seemed like a breeze.

But then it started to get tougher and tougher. Almost to the point that your weight loss stopped.

Well, there is a simple explanation for this. The reason it is harder to lose the last 10 pounds is because it is mostly stored in "abnormal" fat deposits.

Here's what I mean...

The initial weight that you lost consisted of a lot of water and just normal fat stores. It really isn't that hard to lose. This is the stuff that dieting and all those other methods tend to target.

But these methods don't stand a chance against your last bit of weight. That stuff is pure fat! Nothing but "beaded-up" balls of lard tangled up in your muscle and skin tissue.

It's practically impossible to get rid of.

Not even "starving" yourself will do any good. You'll actually lose muscle before this stuff vanishes.

However, there are three very specific steps that I've found to work like gangbusters!

They target the REAL cause of this last 5 to 10 pound bit of flab.

And I'd be willing to be that if you followed them for the next two weeks... you're results will be outstanding!

Here they are:

1. Remove the refined sugar and refined carbohydrates from your diet.

Your abnormal fat is caused by a hormonal imbalance in your body. It comes from eating heavily refined food. Stuff that's loaded with additives and preservatives.

The biggest culprits here are processed sugar and carbohydrates.

The bottom line is...

If you want to lose the last 10 lbs, then you need to avoid these foods like a plague!

Examples include:

-White table sugar

-White bread

-Any product that contains "corn syrup"

-Pizza crust

This may mean adopting an "organic" diet.

Make sure that the carbohydrates and sugars you are consuming are in their "whole" form.

This means eat 100% whole wheat. Nothing refined or process.

And also, for your sugar fix, eat things like whole apples and whole bananas. Nothing canned or with added sugar.

Basically the stricter you are here... the better your results will be. But don't worry... it's actually pretty simple to get rid of these foods.

2. Terminate your P.M. carb fix.

Now that we've discussed #1, let me make one thing clear...

You absolutely need carbs to lose weight. Low-carb diets will MURDER your results... period! The only carbs you want to avoid are the bad ones (as discussed in #1).

The key to consuming carbs is the times that you consume them.

Your day should be split up into six small meals. Never eat "starchy" carbs like bread, pasta, potatoes or other such items for the last two meals.

This step alone tends to work wonders!

3. Start doing "intense" exercise

If you think you'll lose the last 10 lbs simply by walking around he block... think again. You need to "ratchet-up" the intensity level by performing a combo of weight lifting and cardio.

Most people don't realize that weight lifting and other muscle development exercise burns way more fat than cardio type things like running.

The reason is that it triggers muscle growth. Muscle feasts on fat!

So begin exercising in the morning before you eat. Do 20 to 30 minutes of weight lifting followed by fifteen to twenty minutes of cardio.

Oh ya...

Make sure to sweat your butt off!

That means work hard at it. Don't worry so much about getting it "right". Just do it. Intensity is the key here.
