I'm going to show you the only way I've ever found to lose weight instantly without changing the way you eat.

Here's the warning...

It isn't gonna be fun.

In fact, it just might hurt a little. Perhaps a lot. And most likely this will be the reason you don't give it a shot. But it does work. Fantastic.

Before I share this secret I must remind you...

This is NOT advice. I do not make any guarantees or claims as to how much weight you'll lose. And you should always consult your doctor before trying to lose weight.

But I do make one guarantee... if you listen to what I say you are going to sweat. A lot. An most likely you will begin to lose weight instantly.

My secret is NOT just exercise.

It is applied intensity at the correct time.

Here's what I mean...

If you do not wish to change anything with your diet, then the only option I've found short of "liposuction" is to apply intense, "balls-out" exercise... at the correct times.

And perhaps the best time to do this is smack-dab in the morning, as soon as your feet hit the floor.

Reason is, you have not eaten a darn thing.

This means you will burn more excess fat instead of just burning the food you would have eaten.

So what I'm going to share with you is an exercise routine that has seemed to work wonders for a friend of mine.

She wakes up and gets on her elliptical machine. If you don't have one go to the gym. If you don't know what it is, make sure to look it up.

The reason she likes her elliptical machine is because it works her entire body and she can burn far more fat than by using a treadmill.

For the next 30 minutes she proceeds to sweat her butt off on this elliptical machine. After the 30 minutes are up she then begins to lift weights. Not just one set and then rest for a long time. She rests very little.

As she would explain... her goal is to keep her heart rate up. To keep the sweat pouring out of her body. It is the best way she found to lose weight instantly.

In all, this morning "sweat session" takes her one hour.

She does it six days per week.

As you may very well have realized... it is hard work. But her results are phenomenal. She has eliminated all of her excess body fat. She feels great. Looks great. And is not about to quit any time soon.

It certainly isn't for everyone.

Some people just can't handle the discipline required. Others are just flat out lazy.

But if you have the guts to give it a shot, you can definitely lose weight instantly!
