Is losing weight Super fast unhealthy?

Many experts would say so.

They typically recommend you lose no more than two pounds a week. That anything above that amount would be unsafe.

But do they really know? Or are they simply regurgitating the nonsense they've picked up over the years?

I tend to think the latter is the case.

That's what my experiences have shown me. I personally lost 30lbs in just 30 days. Not only did I feel far better after losing the weight, but it caused me to get extremely excited with such fast results.

No doubt this excitement created the motivation that allowed me to stick with my plan. To lose all the weight.

One of the most obvious things that I see causing people to fail in their weight loss efforts is the mundane boredom created by SLOW results.

I tend to think it's essential that you not only get results... you get them super fast. It is crucial for maintaining your motivation at a fever pitch. Motivation you need to follow through.

And I'm certainly not just speaking from my own, personal experience...

I've also witnessed friends, family and clients lose up to sixteen pounds in fifteen days or less. Amazing thing is... they are far healthier now than ever before.

I'm not saying this is always the case. It is just what I have seen.

You must realize that most of the so called "experts" filling your ears with the losing weight super fast is unhealthy talk have absolutely ZERO evidence upon which to base their claims.

They are simply parrots. They repeat what they have heard without thinking.

They also naively make a single crucial mistake... they forget that excess fat is just stored energy waiting to be burned!

If you are twenty to fifty pounds overweight... that means you have twenty to fifty pounds of excess FAT plastered to your body.

Understand... this "extra fat" is nothing more than unneeded energy just hanging around waiting to be burned.

Too many people get caught up in the myth that the fat is a "part" of themselves. They've become so accustomed to living with it... seeing it in the mirror everyday... that they become blinded to the FACT that it does NOT need to be there.

It is NOT like a vital organ. You don't need it!

At the moment, it is serving no purpose other than to weigh you down... reek havoc on your joints... tax your heart... rob your energy... and destroy your self confidence.

It is the equivalent of carrying around a sack of dirt. Nothing more.

The bottom line is that it is unneeded extra weight.

I tend to think the quicker you get rid of it the healthier you will be. Once again... these are just my thoughts. Not recommendations in any way.

I suspect I will be bombarded with the many emails from irate "professionals" telling me of the evils of this post. Telling me all the reason why losing weight super fast is not safe.

Most haven't lost a single pound in their life.

I invite you to make your own conclusion.
