Need to lose weight fast?

One things is for certain... having a long list of low carb meals to choose from will work like gangbusters.

It's no secret that eating carbs at the correct times is the REAL key to super fast, lasting results.

Each and every one of your days should be divided up into no less than six meal segments. You can eat starchy carbs for the first three (Typically the A.M. and early P.M. hours). Things like pasta and bread.

But try your absolute best to eliminate them for the last three meals (P.M. hours) an watch the weight come off!

With that in mind... here's a list of the top 10 low carb meals that you can eat during those P.M. hours (Late lunch, dinner... etc.).

They are filling, taste great and are super easy to make!

1: Chicken and spinach salad

- Cut up chicken breast or thigh and mix it into your spinach salad with a vinaigrette dressing.

2: Beef tacos with corn tortilla

- Stick with lean ground beef and pile on the tomatoes, onions, black-olives and any other veggies you like.

3: Seared tuna on a bed of greens

- Tuna is pretty easy to find and cook. Just place it on top of spinach, romaine lettuce, green beans... basically any type of greens can make up this great meal.

4: Steak and red potatoes

- Once again, try to use lean cuts. I choose red potatoes over standard russet or other types because they are far less "starchy".

5: Chicken and brown rice

- Hey... wait a second! This meal has starchy carbs! Well don't worry about the brown rice here... it's a very high quality type of carb that won't hurt your results provided you don't stuff your face with it.

6: Salmon, acorn squash and asparagus.

- Salmon can be cooked in the oven or on the grill right beside your squash and asparagus.

7: Sausage, egg and cheese omelette

- Doesn't have to be sausage. Just add your meat and whatever vegetables you like and it's one of the perfect low carb meals.

8: Chicken Caesar wrap

- Lean cuts of breast meat with a bit of Caesar dressing and romaine lettuce and you're all set. I tend to use a spinach or a whole grain wrap.

9: Turkey burger on 100% whole grain bread with side of slaw

- A little whole grain bread won't hurt anything. Just remember to keep it very limited during your P.M. hours. This makes for a great low-carb American meal and you can even mix your won coleslaw.

10: Ribs and sweat potatoes

- A perfect southern "low carb" meal for the grill or oven. Just add your own barbecue sauce.

Now certainly their are many more options here... but I've found that consuming these low carb meals has really helped my clients lose weight much easier and faster.
