Do you use body lotion?

If you answered yes then this article just may alarm you.

Here's why. I'm going to reveal something about that little skin "rejuvenating" substance that is making you fat and destroying your health in the process.

I'm doing this not to scare you, but simply to inform you so you can make a wise decision.

So go ahead and grab your bottle of lotion and take a good look at the ingredient list.

Do you find...

- Mineral oil?

- Propylene glycol?

- Sodium laureth sulfate?

Excellent.

Now come closer and listen very very carefully to what I'm about to tell you... these three ingredients can trigger obesity.

Actually, they are the three most deadly poisons found in any body lotion and they can certainly contribute to making you fat.

Here's why...

I bet you thought since it just goes on your skin that it couldn't possibly hurt anything.

But you are very wrong.

Truth is that your skin is the single largest organ of your body. Whatever you put on the skin is absorbed into the bloodstream.

Pretty much like the food you eat.

When you put these poisons on the skin they enter your bloodstream and adversely affect your organs and glands. To put it mildly, they can destroy your metabolism and make you fat just like eating highly refined food. Even worse in some cases.

That little innocent container of lotion also does something else amazing... it acts as a sealant.

The vast majority of skin lotions are of such low quality... even the big name brands... that much of the product is absorbed through your pores. Instead, they cover your skin up... Suffocating your bodies ability to breath and detoxify itself.

Once again, just another property of certain lotions that can contribute to making you fat.

So what can you do about this?

Well... some very wise people have a little saying. They say that if you can't eat it... don't put it on your skin.

Now that may seem a little strange at first. That is, until you view your body as a complete system.

If you are obese, then your system is not operating right. Something is wrong. In order to lose the most possible weight as quickly as possible, your body system needs to be running at max.

This means, inside and outside.

So just as it is amazingly effective to eat an organic diet... it is also a very wise choice to only use organic lotions. These are far safer.

Just something to think about if you want to maximize your chances off losing weight.
