These negative calorie foods are shown to dramatically affect your weight.

Cause faster weight loss. Burn more fat. Basically make getting thin a whole lot easier.

Astonishing thing is...

Those who consume these negative calories in abundance... daily... typically do not suffer from the extreme hunger or food cravings generally associated with dieting!

So if you need to lose weight and hate the thought of "starving" yourself, then you should take notes here.

Really, the story of negative calorie foods is quite simple...

Certain foods take more calories to digest than they contain. That's where the "negative" comes from. It means that when you shove them in your mouth, chew them up, and swallow them... by the time they've been digested you will have burned more calories breaking them down than the food has given you.

It doesn't mean that these foods do not contain calories.

They do.

Just NOT a significant amount.

And that's the amazing thing. While they lack calories... they are overflowing with vital nutrients that trigger amazing metabolic shifts. Shifts that seem to target excess body fat. Dissolve it.

Basically they target the primary reason you're obese. You LACK nutrients.

Did you get that?

It means that while you are probably getting enough calories... you're definitely NOT getting the proper nutrition your body needs.

You are "nutrient depleted". Basically starving your body. It's why you feel hungry all the time!

As a result... you have a slow, "run-down" metabolism that has made you a "fat magnet".

This depletion occurs when you consume mostly foods that have been heavily processed. Basically most of the foods you buy at the grocery store.

But negative calorie foods are different. If you begin today to consume them your body will become replenished with vital nutrition. It will function better. Run more smoothly.

Just makes losing weight a whole lot easier!

Here's several examples of foods that contain negative calories...

They include, but are not limited to...

Certain vegetables like:

Tomato, cabbage, lettuce, spinach, broccoli, peppers, cucumber, turnip, leeks, celery, radish, carrots, cauliflower.

Certain fruits like:

Cantaloupe, peaches, apricot, grapefruit, blackberry, plums, guava, strawberry, raspberry, tangerine, lemon, watermelon.

No sane person can deny that certain foods have almost "magical" weight loss properties.

And all science aside... Results are king!

I've found that consuming these negative calorie foods in abundance makes losing weight much much easier. And there is also one additional MAJOR benefit... the weight tends to stay off without hunger or restrictive dieting.

Just food for thought.
