Need to remove lower stomach fat?

The flab that is located right below your belly button?

In this article I am going to share with you two amazing fat loss tips that will prove shockingly effective.

They are safe, simple and easy to use. In fact, you can begin right now if you'd like.

And you should be able to see results within the first week... no problem!

That was my own personal experience. I really had a tough time losing the flab on my body. Especially, nothing I did seemed to help remove lower stomach fat.

I finally got so fed-up that I began to look for uncommon solutions.

Basically things that none of the so called "experts" were recommending.

I have found most of these people don't really know that much about losing fat. They just talk a good game on the Internet... most of which is just regurgitated nonsense.

Anyway...

I came across two unique little fat loss tips that proved to produce absolutely stunning results.

The best thing you can do would be to apply them for at least the next week. I'd be willing to bet that they will work like gangbusters for you.

So here they are...

-- 1. Completely eliminate all sugar from your diet.

Now I'm not talking about fruit here.

The sugar in fruit is actually very beneficial for losing weight.

What I'm talking about is the refined "white" sugar you put in your coffee, on your cereal or in desserts and other sweets. This type of sugar is the #1 culprit for producing stomach fat.

This means you will have to cut out any store purchased sweets like doughnuts, brownies and other sweets.

Basically... you will probably have to read a few labels here, but it is so worth it. And it is so simple and easy to do.

Ok, so there was #1.

-- 2. Strictly limit your consumption of bread.

Bread is densely loaded with high energy calories. It also tends to contain lots of sugar or other sweeteners that tend to collect on your midsection.

When I eliminated the bread from my diet the results were staggering!

It was the #1 thing I did to remove lower stomach fat.

This does not mean that you should not consume carbohydrates. Carbs are essential for losing weight.

It is just that bread seems to have almost magical fat-producing powers. And you certainly do not need that if you're trying to lose weight.

So like I said...

Make sure to give these two fat loss tips a try for the next week or so.

They are so easy that anyone can do it. Yet the results can be flat-out phenomenal!
