When you stand in front of the mirror do you see an ugly, overweight blob... or a strong, confident, sexy individual staring back at you?

Are you ready to take on the world?

Or do you shrink back at the first sign of danger?

Will you approach a stranger who sparks your interest?

Or are you too shy?

Your answer to these questions is all determined by one thing. And how quickly you lose weight and transform your body will be determined by that exact same thing.

That thing is your self image.

It's the secret to a lightning fast total body transformation.

So what is it?

Quite simply - It's what you believe about yourself.

And whether you choose to accept it or not... this belief has determined pretty much everything that's been manifested in your world...

-- Your relationships

-- Your choice of job

-- Your choice of clothes

-- Your confidence level

-- And yes... all the excess fat hanging around your midsection.

And that's only a brief list of things.

There are infinitely more.

But for the sake of this article, there is one in particular I want to address. The excess fat.

The vast majority of overweight individuals I deal with have a horrible self-image.

They basically can't stand the way they look.

And here's the mind-blowing truth you absolutely can't afford to miss...

In most cases all that excess fat did NOT cause their horrible self-image... it was the horrible self-image that caused all the excess fat!

The old saying "when I see it I will believe it ". Nothing but junk.

The truth is "when you believe it you will see it"!

Most overweight people were actually thin back in their teens and twenties... but over the years they've accumulated a whole slew of experiences that have gradually eroded the way they view themselves.

Things like:

-- Rejection

-- Worry

-- The fear of aging

-- Financial issues.

All these things have chiseled away their confidence up till the point they no longer see who they really are... what they see is an "ugly, overweight blob" staring back at them every time they gaze into the bathroom mirror.

And it's not that their poor self-image has somehow "magically" transformed them into this overweight individual.

It's that it has determined their actions. Their daily habits.

In other words... if every time something goes wrong you pull out a bag of chips and shovel the whole thing down your throat in one sitting... you've chosen an action that speaks volumes of how you really feel about yourself.

Most lean, confident, beautiful people that I know wouldn't dream of treating their bodies like that. They have powerfully beneficial self images that are shaping who they are and what they look like.

My intent here is NOT to turn this into a hundred page long rant. My sole purpose of this article can be summed up in the following sentence...

Change your self image... Change your life.

Bottom line: You need to trash your current negative beliefs about yourself and adopt ones that will empower you to consistently take the actions you will need to transform your body.

If you do you will notice some amazing things begin to happen...

-- Increased confidence

-- Enhanced relationships

-- Less worry

-- And a quickly transforming body.

Besides that treasure trove of infinite wisdom called the Bible... there is one book I recommend above everything else for helping you eliminate your poor self image.

It's called "Psycho-Cybernetics" and it is by Dr. Maxwell Maltz.

It will help open your eyes so you can peel away the layers of self-doubt and unleash who you were meant to be.

Reading it has helped me make changes that have completely transformed by body. I'm willing to bet it can do the same for you.
