Variety.
It can be a real killer.
Truth is... if you want to lose weight as quick and easy as possible, then variety is your worst enemy.
In this article I'll show you why. Give you three rock-solid reasons why a simple diet of three similar meals per day will make losing weight a lot easier.
And you can rest assured that this stuff works.
I know because I used a simple diet to lose over fifteen pounds of pure fat in less than a month!
No. Eating three similar meals per day wasn't the most "glamorous" thing... but the results were absolute gangbusters! So if you need to lose weight fast then you should pay close attention, because here's the top three reasons why simplicity is the best choice for weight loss...
1. Variety creates confusion
It's no secret that the biggest question in all of weight loss is "what should I eat"?
People who want to lose weight get overwhelmed because the choices are so vast. Perhaps your cupboards are filled with all sorts of different fruits, vegetables, meats and other foods?
Trust me... you don't need em'.
The greatest results I've seen come from eating the same basic, healthy meals up to three times per day.
An example would be a spinach chicken salad.
Eat that as a base for two weeks and I'd be willing to bet your results will show up. BIG TIME!
2. Cost
Times are tight for many of us.
And trying to purchase a bunch of different groceries costs way more money.
It's shocking and exciting to note that you can darn near cut your grocery bill in half simply by cutting out all the variety! By purchasing the same basic foods each time you go shopping.
This will place your mind at ease.
3. Planning
If you constantly scold yourself over the meal you just ate then you have one simple problem. And from what I've seen, it's this problem alone that causes most people to suffer when trying to lose weight.
But don't worry... it's super easy to fix.
By eating a simple diet it allows you to plan your meals.
For example... if you ate that spinach and chicken salad three times per day, then you'd never have to "beat" yourself up over those fries you just ate or anything else.
Sure... it may be a bit "boring", but the healthiest people tend to eat the same basic things day in and day out.
My point in all of this is clear and direct...
A simple diet may not be the most glamorous thing in the world... but if you truly want to make losing weight much easier then it is the key. Who cares about variety... losing the inches from your waistline is the most important thing!
