Do you want to stop food cravings and the gnawing hunger that comes with them?

If you answered yes, then this will be the most important article you will ever read.

Here's why. I'm going to share with you an amazing secret that will "slam the door" on your cravings... permanently!

And once you understand this simple secret, you'll be able to quickly and safely stop food cravings and end the horrible hunger they create... for good!

Let's begin. There is a concept in psychology called "linking"?

It's a very simple concept.

Linking occurs whenever you "link" something to a feeling you're experiencing.

For example... if you're in a depressed mood and your man walks in, then there is a chance you will begin to link him to your depressed feelings. If this occurs enough... if he is always walking in when you're depressed... then you may actually find yourself depressed whenever he is around without even knowing why!

Now this linking can certainly happen for any one of your feelings: tired, depressed, sad, happy, drained, angry... etc.

And instead of your man... the link can be food.

So lets say it's about 9:00 P.M. at night and you're all alone and feeling depressed.

You need something to make you feel good. A "quick-fix".

So you jump up and head for the kitchen. You're scouring around looking for something to occupy your mind. And hot damn!... there's the pint of ice cream just sitting all by its lonesome in the corner of your freezer.

It would be a shame if the two of you didn't share your "lonely" feelings!

It tastes amazing... and you find that your depression is vanishing and you're feeling "comforted".

And of course, you remember this. So the next time you feel all depressed and lonely you reach for the same quick fix. That pint of ice cream.

Well, what has happened is you have made that ice cream a strong "link" to your depression. This has created a "food craving".

And for many overweight people this link can be very very strong. In fact, it can be so strong that any time they find themselves depressed, they have an almost unstoppable urge for ice cream. The hormones of their body trigger the "hunger" feeling even though they are NOT hungry!

This is a serious problem because over time it will just make you fatter and fatter and fatter.

Now, like I said... you can create these strong "mood-food" links for any feeling: Depression, anger, sad, tired. Anything.

And the link does not have to be ice cream. It can be fast food, pasta, candy, pizza, chocolate. You name it!

So how do you cut this link and stop food cravings right now?

Well... It is simple, but not easy. Meaning... It'll require a very consistent and specific "action" on your part, but the action is NOT complicated.

Too many people would recommend that to stop food cravings you just "get rid of" the linking foods. That you take the ice cream away. Now this can work... but it won't stop the root cause of the problem. It won't "break" the link.

In order to break the link and cut off the craving for good... you must create a new, much more empowering link.

For example, the next time it's 9:00 P.M. at night and you're all alone... as soon as you start feeling depressed... jump-up immediately and shout "FANTASTIC", run to your room, throw on your exercise gear and start sweating.

Don't think about it. Just do push-ups, sit-ups, walk on your treadmill. Whatever! Just do anything to work up a sweat.

Now this may seem ridiculous. Like complete non-sense. But it's so incredibly powerful. So powerful in fact... that if you do this enough you will replace the "ice cream link" with the new super empowering "exercise" link.

And you will "slam the door" on your ice cream craving!

Many many studies have confirmed this.

And like I said... it works with any "mood-food" link you have created!

Best part is... science has shown that it lasts! That means your false hunger can end. Your weight can dramatically change. I'm talking pounds and inches can fall off your body.

And speaking from experience... changing your "mood-food" links is the single greatest secret to stop food cravings permanently.
