I'm going to share with you a horror story about stress and weight.

Should you choose to believe me you will be greatly rewarded. Should you choose not to believe me I will make it well worth your time to change your mind.

Let's begin...

Becky was a typical middle aged woman. Up early and off to work. Constantly "running around"... balancing her personal life and a busy job.

The recent economic times were beginning to squeeze her. Dwindle away at her savings.

And the constant pressure of trying to juggle her life, finances and health just kept getting harder and harder and harder. Robbing her time and chocking off any supply of joy and happiness. She was suffocating.

Becky had struggled with her weight in the past, but this was different.

This stress and weight cycle was spinning out of control. She couldn't quite figure it out. She ate decent. Even slid in a half hour at the gym each day.

To no avail.

Her body weight was becoming uncontrollable. The harder she worked. The more she gained. And even if she lost a few pounds she dare NOT take a day off. For if she did the weight would jump back on her body in multiples.

One minute she would be hungry. The next she wouldn't. But when she ate she gained.

It was a desperate situation.

Ever wanna go in your room... Lay down on your bed... Shut the door... And cry?

Well Becky felt that way daily. And her problem just kept getting worse. Abdominal fat just kept expanding. Work just kept nagging. Finances just kept dwindling away.

Her life just kept getting harder and harder and more "stressed-out".

Until one day it happened.

Cortisol is a potent hormone secreted by the body. In small doses it's no biggie. But as it accumulates in your bloodstream the effects can become frightening.

If stress goes unresolved for any length of time than those cortisol levels stay spiked.

And besides a whole slew of other health problems that can result... there is one that is of particular concern to you if you struggle with your body weight.

It is called "multiplying" fat.

A study published in Nature Medicine found that when you're "stressed out", your body unlocks certain receptors in fat cells, causing them to grow in both SIZE and NUMBER. In other words... they multiply!

There is true link between stress and weight.

And this is why day in and day out stress can leave you with uncontrollable amounts of excess body weight and handfuls of the most stubborn abdominal fat you've ever seen. A true horror story!

So what happened to Becky?

She snapped!

Enough was enough... period.

This courageous women decided that her life, happiness and health were more important than those other things and she resolved NOT to worry any more. From that point on she felt a calmness come over her. Even smiled for the first time in weeks.

It's an amazing thing, but this new found change seemed to have her losing weight. Looking better. Feeling better. All with more energy!

And she began to realize that life really is a gift. So STOP worrying and start living.

I have a confession to make.

Becky does not exist. At least... I do not know her. Nor did this story ever really take place. At least... not that I know of. But while the story is made up, the lessons are 100% TRUE... Stress and weight are linked, so you need to decide which is most important to you.

Compounding pharmacies are the old made new again. Before the advent of mass-produced drugs, all medications were made to order by trained professionals. However, since Big Pharma took over, most pharmacists have become little more than pill-counters and only those druggists who operate specialty pharmacies now customize meds and treatments for patients.
