In a previous article I revealed the REAL cause of the giggly handfuls of stubborn fat on your stomach and other "problem" areas of your body.

You know... the fat that gives a whole new meaning to the term "MUFFIN-TOP"!

As I explained... almost 100% of that problem area fat is a result of your body responding to the input (Or lack there of) you're giving it.

And it's certainly not your fault.

None of the "experts" tell you this.

Quite frankly, it's something that took me 3 years of frustrating trial-and-error to figure out.

Here's why giving your body what it needs is so important...

Your body craves certain types of food at certain times.

And to your body, supplying this is the ultimate reward.

So when you're trying to cut back on certain foods and exercise more, you may actually be dishing out punishment.

This is why eating less and exercising more almost NEVER works.

Let's take a familiar example...

In that previous article, we talked about what probably happened when you tried to get rid of some of the excess stubborn fat on your body.

You most likely said "I need to stop eating so much!" ... and then you may even go one step further and tried to exercise more.

And this appears to be exactly what works. Because you lose some weight at first.

When this happens, your body is thinking, "WOW! I'm getting less food and more work, I think I'll use some of this problem area fat I have caked to my tummy for energy."

But after a while your body starts to say: "YIKES! All this extra work without the food I need, I think I'll store some so I have it on reserve."

And guess what?

You've probably noticed that you have a little pattern going on.

Every time you get fed-up with the excess fat on your tummy you most likely go through the same familiar cycle...

1. Eat less ...

2. Increase your amount of physical activity ...

3. Shed a few pounds at first and then gain it all right back.

(This is how most people I know handle this situation)

So, if you do this every time you want to lose weight, do you know what your body starts thinking?

"HEY- I'M GETTING USED TO THIS LOSE A FEW GAIN A FEW BACK CYCLE!

I'LL RECOGNIZE IT THE NEXT TIME AND JUST STORE FAT RIGHT NOW SO I WILL HAVE THE ENERGY I NEED WHEN THE PATTERN BEGINS AGAIN!"

And the cycle continues.

Only now it becomes harder to lose any weight and much easier to gain it back.

And this is why most overweight people never lose their stubborn fat and get the lean, head-turnin body they lust for.

This is also why so many people who have lived their lives in this "yo-yo" pattern have greatly increased difficulty losing any weight. They even tend to pack on more pounds as the days, months and years go by.

It's all because they accidentally dish out punishment on their bodies by not understanding how to give their body the correct types of food at the correct times.

Fortunately, this is *really easy* to fix.

In my next article I will reveal a few secrets that will make it safe, simple and easy for you to begin losing your frustrating stubborn fat quickly.
