If you have weight struggles, please know this...

It can be fixed. Fast. Permanently.

In order to do this I must first ask you a very very important question. A question that you must answer if you hope to lose weight.

Are you ready? Here it is...

What comes to mind when I say the word "dieting"?

Ok, great.

So you've answered the question and now I have confession to make... It was a "trick" question. It made zero difference how you answered, it only mattered that you did.

Why you ask? Because it reveals the way you've tried to lose weight in the past.

Now obviously, you've dieted. Who hasn't! And when you think about dieting you get this desperate image of going hungry, "watching what you eat" for days on end... only to watch all the weight come right back when you gave yourself a little break.

But I can tell you from experience... none of that matters anymore.

And the truth is, because you've went through the dieting trap you are now in a perfect spot to end your weight struggles permanently.

The reason is... you know exactly what NOT to do!

Dieting is the definition of what you absolutely do not want to do to get "skinny". In fact, it is pure unadulterated idiocy!

And this is great. Because just maybe... by some odd chance... losing weight can now be fun.

Let's see here, the opposite of a diet would be to find a way to eat all the foods you want... without skipping meals, counting calories or going hungry in any way. I'm beginning to sense a bit of a excitement come over you. That's good! Let it drown-out all that skepticism.

So. Now we know the opposite... here's what to do about it.

Under no circumstance are you to eliminate fats or carbs from your diet.

Instead we will learn how to fit them into our day using the legendary law of "food combinations".

Here's what that law says...

Whenever you eat, combine all three food groups together. What?... you thought there were more than three? Well there is NOT and what you learned in grade school doesn't count. There are three... carbohydrates, proteins and fats.

So armed with that info... from this day on you will eat no less than six small meals. Six... period! No less, no more.

We will take those six meals, spread them 2.5 hours apart and then slice them down the center so that we have three meals on each side. Ooo, this is getting interesting!

Now that we have three meals on one side and three on the other, let's apply our "food combinations" rule.

For each meal you will consume protein, carbohydrate and fat. (This secret alone can end your weight struggles.)

Here's an example: On your plate I want you to put a chicken breast (protein)... covered with a little olive oil (a fat)... and a half cup of brown rice (a carb).

Ok. So you got that?

That is just one example.

Now here's the real catch. That rice is referred to as a "starchy" carb. They are excellent for you. But they are only to be eaten with the first three meals. And I know that you are curios to know why... but I'll save that for another article.

Anyway. That's the structure. Six meals, 2.5 hours apart... and you can only consume "starchy" carbs for the first three.

Got it?

Great!

Using that plan I lost 30lbs in just 30 days and ended my weight struggles!
