What you will find in the LG Optimus One cell phone is a solid engineering design for all your communication and web browsing needs. Of course you will be using an Android smart phone, and that means you will be partnering with the search engine giant, Google. The Optimus One has an improved operation system designed by Google. While we do feel there could be slightly better hardware power in both power storage and processing, the Optimus One is not lacking in an unpleasant way. Here is some interesting information about the LG Optimus One cell phone.
Everybody has their own personal priorities and preferences in anything they buy - that is a given and fact of marketing life. The Optimus One is not the runway model of smart phones, but it more than makes up for that in many other areas. From an ergonomic point of view, this smart phone performs well in that regard. The backing is a rubber material for ease of grip without the unit slipping out of your hand. Just below the 3.2 inch display are buttons that are physically present. We make that distinction with acknowledgment to software buttons that get mixed reviews. The buttons are human friendly, and what we mean by that is you know when you have touched them, or activated them. Google has their own trademarked mobile platform which is the Android operating system. In the Optimus One, the latest version is the Android 2.2 OS which offers a solid browsing experience. Browser loading times are reasonably fast and should be more than adequate for most people. There are several areas in which one may have a possible complaint. In the absence of memory expansion, via the expansion slot, then you may find that graphics heavy pages will load slower. Another area concerns the processing speed and power. The Optimus One has a 600 MHz processor which is fine for just about anything you need from smart phone browsing.
Overall, the Optimus One has sufficient technology that will satisfy all but the most demanding smart phone users. But from the standpoint of statistical normalization, this phone will be fine for practically all users. Most will be happy to use the voice search function, adequate GPS that will get the job done, and convenience of swipe text input. The only real possible drawback, we feel, has to do with the storage capability for battery power. If you tend to be a heavy user, such as going online and everything else, then you may find it necessary to recharge the battery before the end of the day. The LG Optimus One cell phone is designed for functionality over aesthetic appeal, it seems. You can certainly find smart phones that are more exterior design driven. However, the Optimus One will give you solid performance and results which is always desired.
