They say "clothes make a man". Without dwelling much into this topic a general conclusion can be drawn. Clothes do help to create a proper impression. These are the days of showmanship, where the label of a product is seen before actually testing it. In these times it is very important to have the knowledge, if not expertise to choose the correct clothes for the various situations of our life.

There are several advantages to this, as the appropriate clothes helps in creating the impression that might be needed to impress the person taking that all important interview. Clothes do not express the sense of fashion but is a reflection of the personality of the individual too. These are what makes the whole idea of "How to choose clothes" so important. For people trying to attract the attention, clothes with bright and larger prints is just the right thing. People wanting to keep a low profile can always tone down and wear small printed clothes. Wearing a scarf hanging parallel to the legs would definitely give an illusion of having long legs. All these can be done correctly and to full effect only if one knows the type of body one has. A couple of things that are to be remembered include the necessity of avoiding large clothes for people with petite figures. The large clothes tend to hide the body shape. Apart from choosing the clothes one must be vigilant about them while purchasing. The kind of care the clothes need is important and reading the instructions is as important as choosing the clothes. The material needs an inspection too. One must always check the amount of elasticity, if needed at all as this influences the looks as well. There are several reasons as we can see to choose the clothes properly, not to impress others with the sense of fashion only but to create a lasting impression of the person concerned, which is very important in the different situations that one might come across in ones day to day life.
