Water is best no matter what your condition may be. It replenishes all the lost fluid you excrete when you sweat and urinate. It doesn't contain fats or any calories. It will help boost your energy if you are always hydrated.
- Have an adequate amount of rest
Getting a night's rest of around 6 to 8 hours of sleep after a day's work would help rejuvenate your body. If you get enough sleep in the morning, it could be noticeable.
- Exercise
Aside from healthy food, exercise plays a huge role in keeping you look sexy. It doesn't necessarily mean that you must purchase that high end fitness equipment. Given that even with walking around an hour every day, can already help to lose weight. The key is consistency. You simply need to do the routine every single day.
- Try green tea
In losing weight, rather than buying chemically produced diet pills, you can just try drinking green tea. Drink a cup or two everyday coupled with exercise and you are sure to have a fitter body. Aside from the assistance it could give you to get the figure you always wanted, it also has several health benefits.
