Do you already have a kid? Are you having a hard time dealing with your little one? Having a toddler who is 1 to 3 years of age is really a huge disaster. These kids are on their peak of being active in all aspects. If he or she is your first born, then you might be having a hard time dealing with them. That is why I have created this article to help you apply your ideas to raise a toddler without a fuss.

I do have a toddler who will turn three in July. She is just like any other toddler who loves playing and exploring around with anything. She likes to reach even those that are out of reach. She hates taking her vitamins. And of course she does occasional tantrums.

For kids, playing-eating-sleeping are their usual routine. These are the things that they love doing every single day. The concern is when they start to play and explore on things that should not be touched by kids, for instance, the computer and all the other electronic devices. There was one occasion when my child started playing on my laptop's keyboard. And yes, she did, she broke two letters. She was able to remove two letters out of the keyboard. During that time, she was seated on my lap. Yet, she did so fast that I wasn't able to notice what she was doing. What is the result? I end up scolding her. I read several articles online, for such instance as a parent; you must be able to explain to her what happened. Explain to her why you became angry. Explain it simple, do not mind if she won't understand. Just always be willing to explain the situation.

When she always try to reach on something like the vase and tend to step on your furniture, rather than stopping her from getting it, simply remove the object of her attention. Tell her that it is not suitable for kids. Try to divert her attention.

Taking multivitamins is a must for kids. This will boost their immunity that will help to resist any illness. If your child hates to drink vitamins in liquid form, try giving her the chewable vitamins. These vitamins are made in colorful packs. This would enable to take the vitamins routinely.

The terrible two are in to tantrums. Be willing to research and apply your ideas to control your kids during tantrums. They must not be restricted in doing so. Tantrums are their own way of expressing their anger. Do not suppress it. Let them vent. You just have to carry them on a safer place where they can release their tension. This usually lasts about 30 seconds to two minutes. Ignore them while they do this. Once they are calm, calmly explain yourself as well. Focus on the root cause of the tantrums.

Having a toddler at home is really a huge responsibility and major headache. But they are your own. Love and accept them and expound your patience. Apply your ideas and be firm with what you are saying.
