This is what happens when you work for someone else. However, those who own a home business are able to get a raise whenever they want it. How? Just by working harder.
It definitely would be nice if you could stand in front of the mirror and say; "You know what? You deserve a raise!"

So get ready for those new clothes, vacation, vehicle or home, because you're about to make it happen.

In the end, the only person who has the power to change everything is you.
