One of the best ways to make money from paid surveys is to refer new members to the program. You will find many paid survey opportunities have a referral program that will compensate you for new members you bring into it.
Generally the referral will need to complete at least one survey for you to make money. One of my favorite programs is Cash Crate and they also have a two-tier program.
That means the people you refer can also bring in new members and you will be compensated for the surveys they take as well. They even have a residual income program where you can make money in the future on surveys your personal members and second tier members are completing.
So what are some of the best ways to refer new members to a paid survey program?
1. Make a list of everyone you know. This is an old trick that used to be taught in the network marketing industry.
This does work well in the paid survey arena because most of your family, friends, and acquaintances are going to have a computer they are on almost every day. Some of them may be interested in taking surveys and referring people to survey programs as a way to supplement their income.
2. Get 250 free business cards from Vista Print. You do not need to put too much information on your free business card. Put the referral URL address so people can go to your site and join it.
3. Start a blog. Blogger.com is free to join. Add tips to your blog on a consistent basis. Promote your blog URL and be sure and have banners to the survey program on it so people can click on it be taken to your opportunity page.
4. Start a website. You could make it specific to paid surveys, or generic to different ways to make money online.
It's easy to set up a website when you host it at Host Gator and use the Fantastico Word Press blog set up. You can set your homepage up as a static page so it looks just like a website.
5. Social media. This is a phrase that encompasses everything from social networking to video marketing.
For sure you want to join various social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Put your website URL in your profile so people can find it.
6. Flyers. This is a good way to get some exercise. Chances are very good there are many people within a mile of your front door who would like to make extra money online.
7. Discussion forums. Forum marketing is a good way to drive traffic to your website. There are literally hundreds of Internet marketing and work at home forums you can join. Go to Big-Boards.com to find some.
I could write all day on ways to promote your paid survey opportunity. Getting new members is still one of the best ways to make money from paid surveys.
