Are you trying to figure out how to make your resume stand out over all other job seekers? Then it is imperative for you to learn the 4 elements that need to be included in your resume so you can easily achieve this goal.

The first element is to make the resume match the job position you are applying for. Too many job seekers fail to do this and this hurts their resume writing because they do not know exactly what the employer wants.

You want to take time to learn exactly what the employer is looking for so you can adjust your resume to reflect that information.

The second element is your resume objective statement. This is definitely something that you want to add in to the top of your resume because it is where you are going to place your selling points for your resume.

Your achievements and qualities are a very essential aspect of your objective statement. It is important to subtly present all your skills for that particular job as a solution to the problems the employer is having.

This will help them see right away why you are the best person to hire for their particular job position.

The third element is of course your work experience. Every employer has to know this information before they will even consider you for their job position.

You need to make sure you provide the employer with your employer history for the last 10 years or if you have had too many jobs over that time period, then put the last three employers.

Be sure you add in the name of the company that you were employed with, the dates you worked, your job responsibilities and all of your accomplishments. Be specific, but do not provide too much information about each job, only the vitals the employer needs to know because they will only look at it for a short time.

The fourth element you must have in your resume is your education. Start by listing the highest level of education you have achieved. Be sure to put the name of the institution, the dates you attended and the location of the school.

Be sure to direct their attention to your course of study and always highlight it if it is related to the current job position you are applying for.

Now that you know the four elements that must be included in your resume, you are better prepared to get started. Learning how to make your resume is the easy part, the hard part is starting the writing process, but the sooner you begin the sooner you are going to have an impressive resume that you will be proud to hand to any employer.

  • Pedro Lascurain: President Of Mexico For One Hour (Robert Nickel)
Popular tabloids love to focus on the shortest celebrity marriages, some of which only lasted for a few hours; there's something bizarre and interesting about seeing an institution that's supposed to last a lifetime dissolve in such a short time period. There's a similar weirdness surrounding extremely short terms of leadership of a country ...but the world's briefest-serving president was a pawn in a larger game.

  • Mexican Revolutionaries: Pancho Villa (Robert Nickel)
When it comes to the Mexican Revolution of 1910-1929, there are a few men who played an extremely large role in the first several years of the fight; one of the most famous is the general Pancho Villa. As the commander of the revolutionary army's Division of the North and the governor of the state of Chihuahua, his role in the conflict was indelible; for better or worse, modern day Mexico would not be the same without him.

  • Mexican Revolutionaries: Emiliano Zapata (Robert Nickel)
Emiliano Zapata was one of the main figures in the Mexican Revolution of 1910, commander of the Liberation Army of the South and still revered as a hero to this day. In his forty years of life, he became a bona fide force of nature. Born to a family of peasants, he was privy to the horrendous treatment of the poor, by rich hacienda landowners, who were able to control much of the land due to the policies set in place by President Porfirio Diaz.

  • Control Major Bleeding Quickly (Geoff Goond)
The average adult has about six litres of blood within their body. We do have a small amount of surplus blood in stock, however this can quickly diminish if a wound opens on the skin. The majority of the time we suffer minor wounds that have the capacity to heal themselves. However in more serious circumstances major bleeding can occur, which requires fast thinking in order to stem blood flow, and ultimately save a life.

  • Victoriano Huerta: Enter The Villain (Robert Nickel)
In any good story, there are heroes and villains, clear-cut in their intentions and motives. History however, is not always so black and white; the man who is a savior to some is a killer to others. It takes a lot to impact a country so completely that its citizens revile you almost universally for the next century - but Victoriano Huerta managed to do so (while serving as the President of Mexico).

  • Why Did The Mexican Revolution Happen? (Robert Nickel)
History is the accumulation of millions of moments that build on one another and eventually result in revolutions, constructions, and change. One must first understand the underlying reasons why some people came to be immortalized in the annals of the past; with that in mind, any study of the Mexican Revolution of 1911-1920 must start with the background of how the country got into such a situation in the first place.
