Eurostar operates from three stations in the UK, St Pancras International, Ebbsfleet International and Ashwood International and also has three main stations in Europe, Brussels-Midi/Zuid, Paris Gare Du Nord, and Lille Europe. Here is a guide to the three Eurostar stations in the UK.

St Pancras International is situated in a renovated Victorian station. It is next door to King's Cross station and is a short walk from Euston station. St Pancras has a direct connection from East Midlands Trains and First Capital Direct, as well Metropolitan, Victoria, Northern, Hammersmith and City and Circle tube lines. There are numerous bus routes passing the St Pancras area and a car and cycle park close by.

Both the Ticket Office and Travel Centre at St Pancras International open long hours but there are also e-ticket collection machines. The range of bars, restaurants and shops is vast with fashion being a top priority, world-class brassieres and the longest champagne bar in Europe. There are two departure lounges, one for business travellers and the other open to all, a bureau de change, registered baggage service, wireless Internet access and the toilets have baby changing facilities.

Ashwood International offers convenience for those who live in the South and South East of England and they have teamed with South Eastern trains so that travel on this network is free. It is linked from Ashford domestic station by an underpass, easily accessible by car from the M20 and M25 and has a coach drop of point next to the main entrance. There is secure car and cycle parking.

The ticket office opens and hour before the first departure, but there are also e-ticket collection machines. Cash machines are available before check in and there is a bureau de change, bar, café and convenience store in the department lounge. Facilities for families include a toddlers play area and the toilets are equipped with baby changing facilities Ebbsfleet International is the newest Kent station and is accessed with free train and bus travel from South Eastern Trains and the FastTrack bus services. By car, Ebbsfleet is close to the M25, M2, M20 and A2 and there are two and a half thousand parking spaces five minutes from check in. A secure cycle park is also available and National Express Coaches run a service via Dover-Canterbury-London Victoria. Car hire is available at this station. Facilities at Ebbsfleet International include a departure lounge open to all and a dedicated departure lounge for Eurostar Carte blanche holders Business Premier travellers. The station has a ticket office, e-ticket collection machines, cash machines, wireless Internet access, and toilets with baby changing facilities, newsagents and cafes, but no porters or dedicated assistance team. However Eurostar states that if you ask at the desk for assistance, then they will do their best to help.
