1. The first thing we want to talk about is doing two-tier affiliate programs. A 2 tier affiliate program means that you get paid on your personal sales, and you also get paid on the sales of affiliates that you personally recruit.

If you have products of your own that you are creating, having a team of affiliates in place makes it easy to quickly get that product in the marketplace. Therefore as you are recruiting people into a two-tier affiliate program, you should be also building a training program on the side that includes getting their name and e-mail addresses and constantly keeping in touch with them.
