If you like how it feels to wear some high quality clothes then you could go ahead and expand your collection over time. Do More Exercises and Get Fit Getting a better figure is another great way of giving yourself a confidence boost. This is a bit more difficult and time consuming than the other two points but the lasting effect makes it well worthwhile. If you don't fancy going to a gym then just try looking up some exercises on the internet to get you started. Even simpler is the idea of beginning to walk more often. As well as getting a better figure and feeling better about your image you will also receive some long lasting health benefits from carrying out more exercise.
