Teeth whitening is a topic that many people are interested in these days. There are many common foods and drinks in our everyday diet that will stain your teeth. One final consideration if you are choosing between a professional dentist's treatment and one that you can do at home is just how discolored or dull your teeth actually are.

Obviously, the more yellowed your teeth are, the harder it is going to be to bring them to a satisfactory shade of white. In fact, some teeth are so discolored that it just might prove to be impossible to get them all the way to a "pearly white" color.

However, a person with teeth that are that badly discolored will probably be happy with the improvement that they are able to get.
