Everyone loves the idea of something for nothing, or perhaps more accurately something for doing nothing. Automated on line income, is achieving a more prominent position but is this justified?
There are few limits to automation but the underlying principle to bear in mind is fairly obvious. If you are making more money than the automation process is costing you then you are on a winner. But remember situations do change.
When some market strategies are limited to a few who operate them, they may work a treat. When the numbers who are following the system, using the same keywords etc. reach a certain magnitude then outcomes become less assured.
There are some interesting ways to market automated systems. Some promoters are honest enough to admit, that a significant up front funding is required to produce "worthwhile" rewards. Promotional approaches tend to run in cycles and the "push button" ideas are currently much used, presumably to create the feeling of little effort required.
The idea of automatic business building, goes hand in hand in the eyes of some, with matrix building. There must be few concepts with such attractive potential which have been so deviously and mischievously employed as the matrix.
Now the matrix is presented in various forms. Sometimes you are left with the vague idea that in some way you will ultimately benefit, like cream coming to the top of the milk. Study carefully and do not be easily carried away with the promise of good times to come.
It can be difficult to get to grips with the concept which does tend to incorporate a worthy principle. You are either going to benefit from those who have joined before you and are therefore said to be above you in the matrix, or conversely said to benefit from those joining AFTER you and beneath you in the matrix.
So back to our question, can there be something for nothing. My best answer has to be yes and no!
Some smart people really do give away useful information and products to develop a relationship, in the hope that they will be remembered and perhaps benefit eventually. Other give something away when it is much too obvious this is a 'come on' to prepare you for that big 'up sell'.
Many shoot themselves in the foot as their greed shows through. Imagine your courier delivering your wonderful 'free' package and being informed you must pay an amount (however modest) before you can have it. Is a lot of the goodwill dissipated as a consequence? There is of course a genuine cost of delivery which can be distinguished from the goods concerned but it rarely feels good.
Now consider the internet marketer. This offer is possibly introduced by a gushing email extolling the virtue of the product, perhaps telling you how fortunate you are to be chosen from the masses to receive it and advertising of the wonderful benefits it will bring you. Best of all it is completely FREE.....Wonderful. I'm excited. However you do have to pay "$8.75 to cover processing and delivery.
Of course you appreciate this is largely an automated push button process and no way can the processing add on be justified for an electronically delivered product which is presented as being free. You may proceed if the product does meet a need, but even if the charge was a truly nominal one of say $1, I suspect an opportunity has been lost.
But yes, I do believe it is possible to get pretty close to something for nothing. There are some sites bristling with good information. There are a few marketers who have established their reputations and consequently increased their bank balances, by providing valuable information through generous responses on various forums or in their blogs.
I am tempted to identify some, but on reflection better not, as this might be misunderstood or even backfire. But do keep looking and when you find your particular 'guru' support them in return for their contribution through your custom. However remain vigilant, for even the best tend to miscalculate or get it wrong some of the time.
