There are many different types of restrictions with this sort of material, such as you can't put your name on the bottom of the product. Some further restrictions include, not being able to add the product to giveaway events, auction sites or membership sites. Whilst the creator thinks they are helping you by limiting the distribution for all buyers it really hinders you from using this product to boost lists or provide content on blogs and websites. Which is why most people usually avoid this type of PLR material, I mean if you put the hours in changing graphics and content you should be able to do what you want with this information.
