Here is another one of those weight loss recipes that is good for dieting purposes:

1 cucumber, 3 celery stalks, 2 kale leaves, 2 lettuce leaves, 1 ginger, 1 apple

Add all of the ingredients to the mixture. This is an ideal drink before breakfast and can be taken in place of carbonated drinks or sugary drinks. For additional safety precaution, make sure to wash them carefully in order to remove the pesticides that might have come in contact with it.

All of these fruits and vegetables can help you become fitter and stronger. As parting tip, bear in mind that apples can help reduce the chances of colds and flu; the same thing is true with lettuce and ginger. They are guaranteed to make the immune system stronger. By drinking them frequently, not only can you have more variety and peace of mind with juicing to lose weight, you can also avoid future medical conditions in the long run.
