The mind is a very powerful tool and thought is a process of the mind.
Thought is creative energy in motion which can either be constructive or destructive, depending on how it's channelled.
Various research organizations around the world have shown that negative thinking can cause adverse results such as depression, stress, anxiety, panic attacks etc. on health
The moment you think about anything, you are creating it and if this is a positive thought, then the feeling should be correspondent to the body. So the thought is contributing to the general well-being.
If on the other hand the thought is negative, full of sorrow, self-pity, sadness or guilt from the past then the negativity of this thought over a long period of time would eventually manifest in either health conditions or other related circumstances or events.
The key point here is that we all have the ability to control thoughts, but some people unfortunately just leave their mind power of thought action to chance, and inevitably this leads to a mass of confusion and chaos in the mind.
When you begin to grasp how to direct thoughts consciously in an objective way, being conscious of how you think, what to think about, how often you think about it, how you resonate about this thinking, whether this thought is generated from deep within, what influences you to think this thought, then overall generally, you create a feeling of well-being while thinking like this.
The conscious control thoughts is something you have to do willingly, because when you do this diligently and positively, you'll start to channel one of the greatest tools of mankind to a given direction. This is conscious control of thoughts in action.
Some people may spend all their lives building up a reputation, running a successful business, getting along with their clients and constantly controlling and directing their thoughts and actions but one sudden slip on thoughts and subsequent actions could lose everything in just minutes. For example a bad press publicity with some ill thought action, or a deliberate action which may not have taken into full consideration the effects on the people who may be affected.
Warren Buffett made this statement that goes "it takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes ruin it. If you think about that, you'll do things differently".
Now, to consciously control thought is an act that needs patience, endurance and gradual development.
In reality, it may not be possible to control your thoughts every single second of the day, but you can make a decisive move towards channelling your thoughts constructively. In other words a Willful and Conscious decision to direct thoughts which is the origin of your action that this spurred on from within.
The consciousness of your thoughts need to have drive, and that drive is your feelings towards them. So, it's important to ensure that you consciously focus on the things that bring you joy, excitement, gratitude, inner energy, hope, success, willpower, confidence, vibrant health etc.
So, to direct your mind towards thoughts of magnifying power, it needs to have the "FEELINGS". It's the feelings within you while holding any thought form that Catapults its power.
Indeed, while you focus on things that give you inner happiness and contentment, be sure to generate the feelings to go with the same because thoughts and feelings combined together make a dynamic force for your desires manifestation.
Starting Today, become conscious of your true inner desires daily through thought forms and Visualize your desires accordingly. It's also important that you make your desires realistic and relative to things that you truly believe in. Note that this is not something that somebody else believes in, and so you just tag along, rather, this is what you really resonate with from deep within.
Muhammad Ali once made a statement that "champions aren't made in the gyms, Champions are made from something they have deep inside them:- a desire, a dream, a vision.
To ensure realistic and conscious mind power process of thought that drive your vision, you need to create a definite thought as your main objective, have a deeper level feelings for it, have a desire to hold consciously your thoughts with willpower, including going through all the challenges that will come your way (which is for your growth and experience) and finally you check within you that this is in harmony with yourself and the universal creative energy within.
And what should all this do for you?
Well, after the initial consciousness of efforts, the holding of your desires to the consciousness of your Mind Power would eventually become a natural process.
This would inevitably enable you to progress your success streams step by step, in other words one after the other in advancement to your desires.
