Life can be quite an inspiration, and the way we view life depends on our conscious outlook and attitude as we progress from one stage to another.

Now, everything around us is based on the ongoing thoughts and belief's that has been created by us on a daily basis, whether this is conscious or subconscious.

Therefore to move on in life and improve conditions, including our circumstances, we have to be prepared to change our mind, which means accepting change. Life can be quite challenging when we go through changes, but the beneficial part of this is that it helps us to grow and also to learn from any mistakes of the past.

When we learn to grow from past mistakes by obviously applying our experiences and knowledge to help improve the future, we have to be in a position to overcome ongoing challenges as cheerfully as we can. When we can do this repeatedly through practice, then we have truly become free from conditions and circumstances.

Note that it might not feel so easy to start this process at the beginning if you are used to looking at challenges or difficulties as huge obstacles, so it's important to be aware that the mind may need to be retrained to gradually but steadily accept these new growth beliefs as time goes on.

What you need to understand is that you are gradually progressing towards the "real you" in this Mind Mastery, because once you do, nothing can shake you. You'll learn how to tap into your unlimited resources for solutions and ways forward to every problem that comes your way.

Accepting change in life is something to be embraced, understanding that life itself never stands still. We progress through life a stage at a time, taking with it the knowledge and experiences which we apply to aid our further growth.

To help our subconscious mind appreciate gratitude and therefore be in a position to guide us though changes, we must express and feel gratitude from within, every time we overcome challenges.

So, always congratulate yourself when you succeed in any of your gaols, and even if you don't make it the first time, congratulate yourself for having tried and then try again. Keep at it, applying any experiences learned as you move on. Eventually you'll get there, as practice with experience will one day prevail.

Why is it important to have this mind of Gratitude when going through challenges?

Because it puts the Mind on a different platform that tells it you are "Thankful", and so it will continue gracefully as a power source companion for you in the future.

Everyone likes appreciation and that includes your higher self which indeed is your subconscious domain. Therefore the more you treat it "with treasure", the more you'll get out of its unlimited resources.
