Go Shopping - Need I say more? Oh yes, and treat yourself to a fancy boutique shop this time or the high-end area of the nicest department store...don't just go to Target or Penneys this time out...no, no, no...YOU DESERVE BETTER!

Connect With Your Peeps - We all need a friend or like-minded professional or even a coach to cheer us up every once in a while. Pick up the phone instead of email or make a date for drinks and girl time. Make sure you ONLY talk about positive things though and this time; take those compliments they give you, don't discount them like they're not true - they are true!

Just Dance! - Turn on that favorite old dance tune you like so much or a tune of women's empowerment and get up ya'all and dance now! You don't have to put on a fancy dress or makeup (but that doesn't hurt either!), just crank up the stereo and give yourself a flash from the past moment - enjoy!
