3. Set up a separate work area so that you can get your work done without distractions. This is extremely important because it's very easy to get distracted when you're working from the comfort of your own home.

Friends and relatives may pop in unannounced not understanding that you are working. Your kids may need your attention, and so on! There are plenty of distractions, but if you go into an office and let people know that when you are in it working you can cut down on those.

4. Consider joining affiliate marketing programs as a way to make money online. The key point about affiliate programs is you are provided with the products that you need to sell, so you don't need to come up with a product of your own.

There is a skill to making money online with affiliate marketing, but average people earn anywhere from a few extra dollars a month to full time income doing it. So, this presents an excellent opportunity for you to work from home for yourself.
